TOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By making a booking, you and your travel companions are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. “The Company” herein refers to Atis Global Pte Ltd.

 

1. Tour Confirmation and Payment

A tour booking is only considered confirmed when:

    1. A deposit (the “Deposit”) has been received by the Company; and

    1. Complete and accurate passport details for all travellers are submitted within three (3) days of deposit payment.

Full payment must be made no later than 30 days before the scheduled departure date. Acceptance of the tour fare does not constitute confirmation until these conditions are met and subject to the availability of flight seats and hotel rooms.

 

2. Prices

Fares shown are based on cash payment in Singapore dollars, per person basis unless otherwise stated and are correct at time of publication of website, it is therefore subjected to prices changes with or without notice due to unforeseen circumstances like increase of airfares, other transport costs, peak season charges, hotel rates, exchange rates, government taxes, etc.

Should there be any discrepancies in fares, The prices are based on the day of booking as the final rate

 

3. Package Price Excludes

Beverages, meals, laundry, room service, cable and telephone charges, tipping, excess baggage charges, personal and baggage insurance, airport taxes and all other items of a personal nature not specified in our tour itinerary.

 

4. Right to Decline or Cancel Bookings

The Company reserves the right to reject, cancel, or withdraw any booking if:

    • Payment (deposit or full) is not received within the stipulated timeline; or

    • The Company deems, at its sole discretion, that a traveller may affect the safety, comfort, or interests of the group.

5. Travel Documents and Travel Insurance

5.1. It is the sole responsibility of each traveller to ensure that their passport or travel document is valid for at least six (6) months from the date of return and that all required visas, permits, vaccinations, health certificates, or other entry documents have been duly obtained from the relevant authorities prior to departure.

5.2. The Company may, at its sole discretion and upon request, assist with visa applications for a fee. However, such assistance does not guarantee approval, and the Company shall not be held liable for any losses arising from visa delays, denials, or errors.

5.3. Travellers must ensure that the name provided for booking matches exactly the name on their passport. Any changes or corrections are subject to additional administrative and third-party fees, which shall be borne by the traveller.

5.4. If a traveller is denied boarding or entry to any country due to incomplete or incorrect travel documentation, no refund will be provided, and all resulting costs shall be borne solely by the traveller. In such a case, it will be treated as a voluntary cancellation on the date of departure.

5.5. All travellers are strongly encouraged to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy before departure. This should cover, but is not limited to medical expenses, personal accidents, travel delays, trip cancellations, loss of baggage or personal belongings, and unforeseen events such as natural disasters or pandemics. The Company shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred due to the lack of insurance coverage.

 

6. Air Tickets

    • Promotional airfares are non-refundable, non-reroutable, non-transferable, and non-changeable.

    • Changes made by the traveller to routing or dates are entirely at their own risk and expense.

    • No refunds will be given for unused air tickets, accommodation, meals, or tour services, whether in full or part.

7. Tour Cancellations and Refund

7.1 Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient participation, operational issues, or force majeure. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, with no further liabilities or compensation.

7.1. Cancellation by the Company
Atis Global Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient participation, unforeseen operational issues, or force majeure events.
In such cases, a full refund of any deposit or payment received will be made. The Company shall have no further obligations, liabilities, or claims for compensation.

7.2 Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

Notice Period (Before Departure) Cancellation Fee
≥ 35 days 25% of tour fare or 100% of deposit, whichever is higher
15–34 days 50% of tour fare or 100% of deposit, whichever is higher
8–14 days 75% of tour fare or 100% of deposit, whichever is higher
< 7 days 100% of tour fare

Note: The above charges apply to land arrangements only and do not include any non-refundable third-party costs (such as issued air tickets, airport taxes, surcharges, or fees imposed by airlines, hotels, or service providers). These will be charged in full where applicable.

 

7.3. Cancellation Procedure

    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or letter).

    • Upon receipt, we will inform you of the applicable cancellation fee.

    • Your deposit will be automatically applied toward the cancellation charge.

    • If the deposit does not cover the full fee, the balance must be paid within three (3) days of notification.

7.4. Refund Conditions

No refund will be given for:

    • Unused services (e.g. meals, tours, hotel stays) voluntarily missed or declined

    • Amendments or cancellations made after the trip has commenced

Refund processing:

    • Cash/NETS/Cheque/Bank Transfer: Refund via cheque/PayNow within 2–4 weeks

    • Credit Card: Refund to original card within 4–6 weeks

    • Travel Vouchers: Credit note within 4–6 weeks

Note: Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or due to third-party delays.

 

8. Hotel Check-in/ Check-Out Time

Hotel check-in time after 2pm; check-out time is 12pm. Extension of check-out time may be granted subject to availability

 

9. Amendments

    • A minimum administrative fee of SGD 50 applies for any changes after a reservation has been processed.

    • Requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date.

    • Amendments are subject to availability and third-party policies.

    • The traveller is responsible for any additional costs incurred due to changes, even if the request cannot be fulfilled.

Changes may include (but are not limited to):

    • Name corrections

    • Flight or hotel amendments

    • Extension or deviation requests

All entitlements are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the Company.

 

10. Responsibility and Liability

Atis Global Pte Ltd (hereinafter called “The Company”) acts only as an agent for third-party service providers (e.g. airlines, hotels, transport companies). All bookings and services are subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.

The Company shall not be liable for:

    • Injury, damage, accident, loss, delay, or irregularities beyond its control

    • Expenses caused by force majeure, political unrest, natural disasters, pandemic outbreaks, etc.

    • Additional costs incurred due to changes in itinerary, delays, or acts beyond the Company’s control

The Company reserves the right to:

    • Alter tour itineraries and accommodation as deemed necessary

    • Decline or remove any traveller whose behaviour is disruptive or incompatible with group interests, without refund
